Welcome to this quiet Villa with swimming pool in Preggio, near Umbertide (Perugia), immersed in the green Umbrian hills where you can find peace and relaxation for your holiday.
Preggio, of Etruscan origin, is a small rural village in the Umbrian countryside, on the border with Tuscany. In addition to enjoying the tranquility that this enchanting landscape offers, you can easily reach Lake Trasimeno and its villages, visit the entire Upper Tiber Valley, Perugia, Gubbio and Assisi without forgetting the nearby Cortona, Castiglion Fiorentino and Arezzo.
The villa, which sits on the hillside, is spread over two floors and can accommodate up to 9 people. It consists of 1 kitchen, 1 living room, 3 double bedrooms, 1 single bedroom and 3 bathrooms.
Outside you can enjoy a large park with a barbecue area and a swimming pool overlooking the Niccone valley.
The villa is 17km from Umbertide, where most services are available, 19km from Passignano sul Trasimeno and about 30km from Perugia.
The entire property is for the exclusive use of guests.

The pool is open from May 1st to October 15th

Late check-in: from 7:00 PM to 12:00 PM - 25€
Check-in after midnight: 50€

Payment will be made at check-out.

A security deposit is required upon check-in and will be returned upon check-out.
